Is the ski pass included in the lesson price?

Only in the Special Complete Beginner Package (only available at the ski pass sales office and for adults only). For all other lessons you will need to buy a ski pass at the ski pass sales office located next to the ESF offices in Arc 2000. The ski pass is free for children under 6 years of age upon presentation of a piece of identification.

Is equipment hire included in the lesson price ?

Only if you purchase a ski or snowboard Complement Beginner or Special Complete Beginner package.

Are children obliged to wear a helmet ?

Wearing a helmet is not obligatory but is strongly recommended.

When do the group lessons start ?

The group lessons run from Sunday to Friday.

I’m not sure what level my child should be in, can they levels during the week if needed ?

Yes, once the ski instructor has evaluated your child’s level changes will be made where necessary.

We are staying in Arc 1950, how do we get to the ski lesson departure area ?

Simply take the Cabriolet up to Arc 2000 (free cable car link from Arc 1950 to 2000 in only 5 minutes). The ski lessons depart from the Cabriolet arrival area, next to the ESF banners.

Will lessons be refunded in case of illness during the holidays ?

No, the lessons do not include insurance. Only the “Carte Neige” and the “Carre Neige” insurance policies cover ski lesson refunds. (information and sales at the ski pass sales office).

Terms and Conditions

All cancellations for group lesons must be made at least one week prior to the start date. 40€ will be charged for non appearence.
